The Build
Seven stages. Every one by hand.
From bare chassis to finished van in our Rifle, Colorado shop. No outsourcing. No assembly line. Every van built by the same team, start to finish.
Chassis Arrival
A brand-new RAM ProMaster arrives at our shop in Rifle. We inspect every inch before we start — paint, drivetrain, electrical. If something's not right, it goes back before we touch it.
Insulation & Flooring
Closed-cell spray foam throughout — ceiling, walls, doors, floor. No fiberglass batts that sag and trap moisture. This is what keeps you comfortable at 10,000 feet in January.
Electrical System
Lithium batteries, rooftop solar, inverter, DC-DC chargers, and every wire run clean. This is the system that lets you boondock for days without plugging in.
Cabinetry
CNC-cut Baltic birch plywood, hand-fitted and assembled in our shop. No particleboard. No MDF. Real wood that handles years of washboard roads without rattling apart.
Plumbing & Water System
Fresh and grey water tanks, 12V pump, stainless sink, and a faucet that actually works. Every connection is pressure-tested before the panels go on.
Final Assembly
Bed system, seating, trim, finishing details. Every surface is hand-inspected. Every drawer is opened and closed. Every light is switched on and off.
RVIA Certification
An independent RVIA inspector verifies every system against federal safety standards. This is what qualifies your van for RV financing, insurance, and registration.
