These terms cover the important details of working with DM Vans. We believe in being upfront and fair — read through so you know what to expect.

Deposits

A $2,500 deposit is required to reserve your build slot and begin the process. This deposit is fully refundable within 30 days of placement. Once your build begins, the deposit becomes non-refundable, as we will have already ordered materials and allocated resources for your van.

Pricing

Prices listed on our website are subject to change based on material costs and availability. However, once you place your deposit, your price is locked in. We won't surprise you with cost increases after you've committed. Any additional options or changes requested after your deposit may affect the final price, and we'll always confirm those costs with you before proceeding.

Build Timeline

We provide estimated build timelines based on our current schedule and workload. These are estimates, not guarantees. Build times can be affected by supply chain availability, custom requests, and seasonal demand. We'll keep you updated throughout the process and let you know right away if anything changes.

Delivery

You're welcome to pick up your van at our facility in Rifle, Colorado. If you'd prefer to have it shipped, we can help coordinate transport — the buyer is responsible for shipping costs. We'll work with you to find the most cost-effective option.

Warranty

Every DM Van comes with a 3-year craftsmanship warranty covering our build and conversion work. This covers things like cabinetry, electrical systems we install, plumbing, and other components of our build. The RAM ProMaster chassis is covered separately under RAM's factory warranty. We stand behind our work and will make it right if something isn't up to standard.

Returns

Because each DM Van is custom-built to order, completed vehicles are not returnable. We encourage you to ask questions, visit our facility, and talk with our team before committing so you feel confident about your build.

Dispute Resolution

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. In the unlikely event of a dispute, we'll work with you directly to find a fair resolution. If we can't resolve it between us, any legal proceedings will take place in Colorado.
