Is This Your Van?
The LV7 is our flagship — the most space, the most power, and the most capable systems we build. It's for people who refuse to compromise. Full-timers, seasonal travelers, and families who need room to live, not just sleep. At 22 feet, it drives like a large SUV.
Full-Timers
This is THE full-time van. 22 feet of living space, 600Ah of power, and the most storage in our lineup. Your apartment on wheels — with better views.
Seasonal Living
Ski season in Colorado, summer on the coast, winters in Arizona. The LV7 is your home for months at a time, not just weekends.
Families
The extra length means space for a family to move around. More counter space for real meals, more storage for gear, more room to breathe.
Maximum Comfort
If you refuse to compromise on living space, power, or storage — this is the only van to consider. Everything included. No choosing.
See the LV7 in Real Life
Walk through 22 feet of living space. Open every drawer, see the kitchen, check out the bed. Not just specs on a page.
What 22 Feet Looks Like
463 cubic feet of living space. Full kitchen, queen bed, and room to stand up straight at 6'3".
How Everything Works
Not specs — real answers about daily life in your van. The honest stuff other companies don't tell you.
Heater — Espar Diesel
Your Espar heating system runs off the van's fuel tank — about one cup of diesel per day. It heats the entire van in minutes, even in sub-zero temps. One thing to know: run it at max temperature for 60 minutes once a month to prevent carbon buildup. Set a phone reminder. This is the same heating system used in European ambulances and commercial vehicles. It's proven, efficient, and reliable.
Air Conditioning — 12V Off-Grid (Standard)
The 12V AC runs entirely from your 600Ah battery bank — no hookups needed. Expect 4-8 hours of cooling off-grid. Combined with 400W of roof-mounted solar, you can run AC during the day while solar replenishes. On the LV7, this isn't an upgrade — it's standard. Because a flagship van should come with everything.
Electrical — 600Ah + 400W Solar (Standard)
Your LV7 charges three ways: 400W of rooftop solar panels (automatic, always working), dual 50A DC-DC chargers while driving (100A total), and shore power when plugged in at a campground. For light use — lights, fridge, phone charging, fan — the 600Ah system lasts 4-7 days without any charging input. The battery monitor shows exactly how much capacity remains at all times. Need even more? The battery upgrade adds another 600Ah for 1,200Ah total.
Water — 7 Gallons Fresh + 7 Gallons Gray
Seven gallons of fresh water and seven gallons of gray water capacity. That's 2-3 days of conservative use for two people — washing dishes, cooking, brushing teeth. Keep drinking water in separate jugs. Fill up at campgrounds, gas stations, or any potable water source. The electric pump gives you running water at the kitchen sink. For extended boondocking, plan water stops every few days.
Toilet — Cassette vs. Composting
The standard hideaway cassette toilet is a portable, enclosed system. You dump it at any RV dump station — simple and familiar. The composting toilet upgrade ($2,500) separates liquids and solids, eliminates odor almost entirely, and removes the need for dump stations. Most full-timers prefer composting. Honest take: if you're living in this van for months at a time, the composting upgrade pays for itself in convenience and quality of life.
Shower — No Built-In (And That's Intentional)
There's no fixed indoor shower — and that's a deliberate design choice. A permanent shower stall takes 4+ square feet of living space, and most van owners end up storing things in it. Instead: the kitchen faucet extends on a hose for quick rinse-offs inside, the external shower add-on ($800) gives you a private outdoor setup with a curtain, and campground showers and gym memberships handle the rest. Even in 22 feet, every square inch matters. We chose living space over a shower stall you'd rarely use.
Kitchen — Most Counter Space of Any Model
The LV7's extended wheelbase means the most kitchen counter space in our lineup. Induction cooktop (safer and faster than propane — no open flame, no gas lines), 12V refrigerator running 24/7 off the battery system, five drawers of storage, overhead cabinet with LED lighting, real wood countertops, and a sink with an extendable faucet. You can actually prep a full meal here, not just heat up ramen. This is a kitchen you can cook in every day.

Full Bed & Storage Cabinet

All standard. Because the flagship model should have everything.

Calculate Your Real PaymentLV7 Questions, Answered Honestly
Is 22 feet hard to drive?
No. The LV7 is front-wheel drive on the RAM ProMaster platform — it drives like a large SUV, not a truck. The turning radius is tighter than you'd expect, and you sit high with great visibility. It's significantly easier to drive than a pickup truck towing a trailer, which is the most common alternative. Most owners say they forget how big it is within the first hour.
Can I live in this full-time year-round?
Yes. This is THE full-time van. The 600Ah battery bank and 400W solar keep you powered off-grid for days. The Espar heater handles sub-zero winters. The 12V AC handles desert summers. 463 cubic feet of interior volume gives you room to actually live, not just survive. Most of our full-time customers choose the LV7.
Will it fit in my garage?
Honestly — it's tight. Most standard single-car garages are 20 feet deep, and the LV7 is 22 feet. It won't fit in most single-car garages. It works in most two-car garages with room to spare. The exterior height is 9'4" — check your garage door clearance. Many owners park in their driveway or a covered carport. If garage fit is a priority, the LV3 (18 ft) or LV5 (20 ft) are better options.
Why is there only one trim?
Because the LV7 comes with everything. On the LV3 and LV5, you choose between Trailhead and Backcountry. The LV7 skips that decision entirely — it includes the full Backcountry package as standard: 600Ah battery, 400W solar, 12V off-grid AC, adaptive cruise, blind spot detection, 360-degree camera, swivel seats, the complete SLT safety package. No compromises needed. No "I wish I'd upgraded" regret.
What's included in the $104,995 price?
Everything. The brand-new RAM ProMaster 159" Extended chassis, the complete camper conversion, every standard system installed, the full Backcountry package (600Ah battery, 400W solar, 12V AC, all driving tech), and RVIA certification. There are no hidden costs. You don't need to buy a van separately. You don't need to find a builder. You drive it off our lot in Rifle, Colorado.
How does this compare to the LV5?
The LV7 is built on the 159" extended wheelbase versus the LV5's 159" standard. That gives you 22 feet total (vs. 20 ft), more kitchen counter space, more storage, and a more spacious living area. The LV7 also comes exclusively in Backcountry trim — everything is standard. If you want the most space and the most capable setup, the LV7 is the answer. If you want a balance of space and parkability, the LV5 is excellent.
Do I need a special license?
No. The LV7 drives like a regular van. Standard driver's license, standard insurance (RV policy), standard gas stations. At 22 feet, it's shorter than most Class C motorhomes and easier to maneuver than a truck with a travel trailer.
